Individual therapy is a collaborative process between therapist and client that takes place in a caring and confidential environment and aims to facilitate change and improve quality of life.
I assist individuals in exploring their experiences to better understand themselves and others, identify personal goals and work toward a desired change.
Together as a team, my clients and I confront barriers that interfere with their emotional and mental well-being. Many of my clients have expressed enjoyment with the therapeutic journey of becoming more self-aware and have used therapy as a means to self-growth and self-actualization.
